I see that custom fields are supported in the search, but i cannot find any documentation to support that. I imagine there would be some sort of filter to add the fields into the indices

I see that custom fields are supported in the search, but i cannot find any documentation to support that. I imagine there would be some sort of filter to add the fields into the indices

By default, all custom fields including taxonomy of the post type you picked will be indexed.
And our paid version allows you to restrict what custom fields by what post type you want to index
